100 years of Scottish Forestry Event at Contin – FC livery vehicles
Malcolm Wield, Glenurquhart, forwarded an image of part of a local celebration event to mark the Centenary of the Forestry Commission (as was) or 100 years of Scottish Forestry. The Forestry and Land Scotland staff from the new Northern Region based in and around Inverness, Glen Affric and Contin and also those from Scottish Forestry, Highland, organised and took part in the event.
The vehicles were brought up to Contin by Alex MacLennan, Bellingham, Forestry England, who has worked tirelessly to bring these vehicles to a number of Centenary events around the country.
