Commemorative Fountain to Queen Victoria to mark 60 years of her reign
Located in woodland near Abergeldie on the South Deeside road this fountain has survived more than 120 winters and passing traffic.
Without doubt it would have been looked over by the Canadian Timber Corps personnel as it was very near to their camp. The spout mechanism and also a drinking cup are now missing but the red and grey granite stands out well.
