Tree planting Loch Goil Forest

This image was taken from the final Journal of the Forestry Commission published in 1969 and was in George Stewart’s collection. This intriguing image shows two ladies kitted up for planting in Loch Goil Forest from a photograph taken by Scottish Sunday Express.
One assumes that this was an attempt to show gender diversification of the very male dominated forest worker work force throughout the country. However there are many records of women being employed outwith the forest nurseries and working at jobs such planting, brashing, draining following the end of the war in 1946. Any details, names and locations of the ladies who did this work would be very welcome.
Can anyone name the two ladies featured here? Note that they are using or about to use the Glendaruel planting spade – certainly not the lightest of equipment!
