The image is courtesy of Brian Duff, Inverness, Ross and Skye Forest District and details the simple team structure in days before all the Forest District amalgamations and introductions of Operations Managers.

Headed by Forest District Manager David Jardine, the District Foresters are Ken Sinclair (Hravesting) and the Jack Mackay (Forest Management).

Ken heads the team of Roddy Macleod in Standing Sales plus other harvesting matters in the north of the District and Brian Duff the district managed harvesting teams plus other harvesting matters in the south of the District. Covering the production of the District wide Forest Design Plans is Fred Millwood.

Jack heads the Forest Management team of Mick Canham as the Wildlife Conservation Head Ranger, Donald MacDougall as the north Forest Management Forester, John McLaren as the south Forest Management Forester and Malcolm Morrison as the Forester covering Recreation responsibilities
