The image is courtesy of Dave Stewart from a collection belonging to his father George Stewart. George was stationed as a forester at Durris at this time and grew up in Auchenblae close to Drumtochty Forest.

Annie Hepburn was the worked as a clerk in the Drumtochty Forest office and Harold was a worker in the forest.
