Progeny trials — lining out beds

‘General view of the mobile trolley used for housing the progenies (in cotyledon stage) and for filling the lining out board. On the left are beds protected by lath screens.’
The actual species being trialled here is not stated and is difficult to see. Small lots of a wide variety of progenies in the labelled individual seed boxes or trays can be seen behind the two men in the trolley. It is imagined that they are filling up short lining out boards that fit inside the shielded beds where the third man is working. Any information would be very welcome. Is this Bushe Nursery near Roslin?
Can the workewrs be named?
