No information but could be a demonstration at a large forestry exhibit at the Blackbushe Estate, Edinburgh held around this time. Pulp being cross loaded by Hiab loader fitted on lorry. Registration ALF172B and FC number 64/216.
The numbering convention is believed to be the year followed by the sequence number of items purchased during the year. Note the lorry grill has a Forestry Commission England badge with oak tree and some letters in the middle.
