Kershope Winch at Kershope Forest

Again another image with very little information of the winch portrayed. The winch is obviously fitted to the lifting arms of the tractor and is there for very portable. The absence of hydraulic pipes indicates drive from the PTO shaft. There are no signs of a braking system but on the end of the shaft there appears to be some type of clutch system. Perhaps some type of slipping clutch.
The ropes on the drum appear to be equal sized and either drum could be used as the main haul in line. The problem with hauling in with one drum and paying out wire rope to follow it around the circuit are the different drum diameters and requires a variation in drum revolving speeds to resolve.
The PDF shows the release hooking on system of small loads of pulp wood onto the wire haul in rope.
Any information on the maker of this winch and how it operated would be very welcome.
