No other information and the next photograph in the sequence is not to hand.
This could well have been the first visit to North Hoy by Forest Research prior to the establishment of three research plots on the island. There are very few patches of natural trees on the island and this could be at Lyrawa Burn or more likely Berriedale on the back road into Rackwick where there is quite a deep ravine that has protected trees and vegetation from fires and over grazing.
