Can anyone help with identification of driver and location?

This machine was delivered new to the Forestry Commission South Scotland Conservancy on 24 March 1983.
It was purchased from Cairntract International Ltd for the sum of £63, 407 ex vat.
The serial number was 84-350067 and reg no NFS 520Y.

Can't remember exactly but seem to recall it may be on the rear chassis area around the loader mounting or on the top of the front chassis rail visible when the bonnet is open.

Thank You for the update on that. I am thinking of getting a Kockums SMV 21s Do you know anything about this model? It is very low hours, very tidy but I think about 1980 year.
