Culbin Forest Binsness

Some felling on edge of mature Scots pine planted by previous owners of Binsness prior to acquisition by Forestry Commission. These trees may have been planted somewhere between 1888 and 1912 and escaped the wartime (WW1) felling probably because they were too small then.
