Seed orchard Newton Nursery

Lovely late autumn action shot of workers collecting cones from a grafted clonal orchard of larch trees at Newton Seed Orchard. Some pines are shown in the attached PDF views.
The seed from these open pollinated orchard trees would be used for sowing in nursery seed beds and supplying forests at a later date.
This is thought to be in the tree nursery at Newton, near Elgin around 1971 and the man has been identified as Donald Chisholm the Storeman/ Handyman for Laigh of Moray Forest. Can the lady be identified?
