Early photograph taken in 1928 from a forestry album of 117 photographs compiled by an unknown Forestry Commission officer.
No information on this photograph other than the heading ‘Society of Foresters Jul 1928’. The transport looks like the vehicle used to visit Glenfinnart Nursery in 1929 as in PDF attached to Picture No 3517. Any suggestions as to vehicle make?
The only people recognised are numbers:
12 – Could be John Sutherland, Assistant Commissioner Scotland
19 – Could be Mr F Scott, Divisional Officer, North Scotland.
Can anyone put more names to the numbers?
