Early photograph taken in 1929 from a forestry album of 117 photographs compiled by an unknown Forestry Commission officer.
A beautifully clear and detail photograph of the Society of Foresters of Great Britain meeting at Glenfinnart in 1929. As mentioned previously this body was formed in 1925 and later renamed the Institute of Charted Foresters (ICF).
The surnames only of all plus some initials of the people in the photograph were annotated at the bottom of the image and have been transcribed below against the numbers added to the photograph. Some additional text has been added following the names where further information is known.
