Mr F Scott was Divisional Officer, North Scotland, Inverness from 1920-1930; Divisional Officer of Division 3 covering south west England and South Wales etc until 1936 thereafter he returned to East Scotland based in Aberdeen. Retired following wartime secondment to HTPD (info from G B Ryle Book). First name not quoted.
