It is the day of the Christmas dinner hence the wine and sparkly clothes. Carol is at her desk in the Fort Augustus Forest District Office surrounded by some of the files, equipment and ‘tools of the trade’ as Administrative Officer. Elvis is excepted of course.

2. Christmas lunch note for 19th Dec
3. Possibly a list of the district machines and vehicles
4. Monthly calendar with period and quarter ending dates for the financial returns
5. Above head - files for completed U3bs, B34, A35, A34, A4, Journal Voucher, A136, B1 and Payment Instruction!!
6. On desk the ever present in and out file trays with Glenurquhart featuring, the adding machine (which could be electric version as opposed to the hand crank) with its rolls of paper. Possibly a radio telephone?
