A rather grainy shot of a James Jones manufactured Highlander and Highland Bear crane which was based at Fort Augustus Forest District for quite a number of years as it is shown in Picture No 335 (1981). The operator in 1987 was Willie Zuchart and he used the machine mainly to clear operation sites of converted timber products after skidding or winching whole trees to roadside.
