Large trailed twin-tine plough S(S)

Nice image of a twin furrow plough with tine heads (S45/T60) on a Clark plough carriage widened to accommodate the beam offsets. The plough was designed primarily for complete ploughing of hill ground to smother out heather which competed severely with Sitka spruce.
On this site the heather has been burnt off leaving a nice clean surface and nothing to impede the turning over of the furrows. The ground above the site has been planted previously and shows considerable amounts of grass (partially enhanced by the previous ploughing) indicating that soil nutrients and moisture could be about sufficient to allow the Sitka spruce to succeed pure without a nurse species such as pine or larch. In many cases on planting after complete ploughing the initial fast growth soon slowed and heather check soon affected pure Spruce plantings.
The tractor number is JLC588K and the driver can just be seen. Any information on the site location, the tractor make and the driver’s name would be very welcome.
