Jonsered Saw and equipment

‘Some of my own equipment for weekend work. Sourced from Jim Wallace, Angus Chain Saws, late 1960's, Lour Estate’.
This could be a Jonsered model similar to the 601 can anyone say? Note the Jonsered branded logger’s belt and with pulp hook in pouch, safety hat and lightweight axe.

All this equipment was sold to Jim Christie a timber contractor from Brechin who was removing large beech trees on Lour estate at the time, the saw was the early type 601 I think with the black hand grips, they changed to silver with the 621.

I was sad to hear that Jim Wallace had past away on Saturday the sixteenth of this month. He started in a small way in the early sixties and founded the successful business of Angus chain saws as it is today.
