Hallam Grader at Cushnie Forest

A very new looking pulled grader working on one of the Cushnie Forest roads (which one?). The ford tractor driver looks a bit like Ian Young who retired as Roads Foreman around about 1991.

Can anyone confirm the name of the driver?

That's on the access road in past Brideswell farm before you get to the forestry gate .
