Roller bench Sawmill and workers

No information other that the year 1977. Can anyone name the sawmill location and some of the operators?
Appears to be a permanent site with concrete founds and asbestos roof. Note the ground seems to fall away to the far side of the mill, may be into a burn or river and is covered with birch trees.
