The photograph is courtesy of Inverness, Ross and Skye Forest District and staff at their Fort Augustus office.

Very little information on this image other than location named as Alt Daly. Very impressive quarried face cut back and deep burn culverted and filled in on a sharp bend on a forest road line.

Someone hopefully will confirm location and types of machinery – 19RB front shovel filling a Ford Thames truck?
