Tom Weir and Ron Johnston Kylerhea Otter hide

Well known Scottish writer and hill walker Tom Weir is present at the opening of the Kylerhea Otter hide on Skye. With Tom is Ron Johnston (right) who was the Forestry Commission District Manager of the then District which cover Wester Ross and Skye from an office located at Balmacara.
It could be assumed the otter star has not swum for quite some time but there is the possibility it is a very tame individual. Can anyone confirm?
