Steyr Cable Crane in action

Unfortunately no information on these photographs of the Steyr in action (two images). This first image gives a good view of the extraction of a bundle of unsned Sitka spruce trees down a very steep slope to roadside where a processor and stacking Hymac were in action (see next photograph).
Can anyone identify the location and the operator? Note that the year is a guess.
