Standing beside the former Forestry Commission tractor FC No 0282 (1943 R4 Caterpillar) restored by Ian Cameron and his son James are Jim Connel and Doug Archibald. Both men had long service in the Forestry Commission, Jim as a ploughing tractor operator and Doug a machine operator working on making and repairing forest roads.
