Charlie, Gordon and Ann Smith at Cairnie

The two brothers worked in sawmills but for different employers - Charlie initially worked for James Jones before starting up as a contractor and Gordon for Riddochs of Rothiemay latterly at Kinnoir Sawmill Huntly. A third brother Jim worked as a sawmiller also for Riddochs but at their mill at Aberlour Gardens, Aberlour.
