View south eastwards from the Achnashellach independent hostel which was used as a base for the ULVA course. The Dingwall to Kyle railway is in front and the Stevenson weather screen is the FC weather station, which was read daily at the time by by Achnashellach Forester Ivan Toulmin-Rothe.
