Women's Timber Corps based at Glenkindie House

Glenkindie House in Strathdon, Aberdeenshire was a base and living quarters for groups of the Timber Corps over the war period 1942 to 1946. Margaret recalls that over that period many girls left but also that they were joined by at least three groups of girls from other locations where the timber work had been completed.
