Finn Forest Tree Planter

It is thought this machine could have been at the 1973 cultivation demonstration also along with the machines in the preceding two Picture Numbers. The location may also be at Delfur, Morayshire and the machine could be the same one that is featured elsewhere on this site.
Note the large horizontal ribbed wheel that appears to be designed to clear debris and create a ground surface of even height along which the Finn planter sock and discs will create the planting trench, plant the tree and firm the soil back into the trench again.
