Newspaper cutting collected by Robert Allison courtesy of his daughter Freida Allison, Buckie.

The cutting does not indicate in which year or newspaper this story was written but is an unusual wildlife tale. The incident was told by Sandy Hepburn, Chief Stalker at Speymouth Forest and is thought to be about 1973. The details of the fox incident can be more easily read in the large version.
