Landrover at Queen’s Forest, Glenmore
Photographs courtesy of Brian Patience with help from Don MacLeman, Newnham. Photographs were taken by John Patience (Uncle of Brian) who was a forester at Queen’s Forest after his transfer from Glengarry in 1957.
Great winter view of Glenmore taken in the February 1958 with the forester’s Landrover LYN528 parked at a viewpoint. The valley running up to the right looks as though it could be the one leading to the Green Loch but perhaps someone will confirm.

John Patience was a forester at Invergarry when my stepfather, Grandad (Willie Cameron), uncle Ronnie (deceased) and uncle Alasdair worked there. Would be in the seventies/eighties.
