Forestry Hostel at Strathyre Forest 1958

William’s photograph shows a part of the hostel the recreation and dining unit where there was some equipment to while away their leisure hours. He recalls that there were some tables and a dart board.

This is actually my photo taken in 1955. I had to make a lot of copies as most apprentices wanted one. I still have the original. I am happy for you to use it.
