Fiat Allis Tractor and Mounted Tine Plough

No information on these photographs other that the size of the single furrow plough as S45/T60/m. (S single- 45cms mouldboard/Tine 60cms deep/m – mounted). The FC number is 74806 and registration is THM582S indication it was new around 1978. The PDF shows the rear view and a bit more of the location which has some similarities to Perthshire. Can anyone indentify the driver and location?
