Deep double mouldboard Tine in South Scotland

Forestry Commission copyright image of Forest Research photographs courtesy of Glenn Brearley, Roslin. Nil Ref No

This double furrow deep tine plough (D60/T90/t) is seen working in deep peat. As seen in later images a spade sock and bottle were fitted to give a smooth drain profile in the peat. Unfortunately no information with this image other than the possible location as South Scotland. One man only partially in the photograph is standing on the left hand side.
