Draining with a Humpy draining plough

A series of two images showing two tractors pulling a Humpy draining plough. Can anyone confirm if the tractors are Track Marshalls? The registration number of the lead tractor may read something such as WLL22?G.
The only other information is a word that is difficult to make out TOWY or TORRY or TOVY?
