Track Marshall 70 and Humpy Draining Plough

A prototype Track Marshall tractor with draining plough on demonstration at water meeting in August 1966? This machine appears to have quite wide tracks and this may have been the prototype version as opposed to the narrow tracked production model. Can anyone confirm? Photo by G Taylor
The operators appear to be working on the disc assemblies and note the position of the hydraulic ram which has moved from the goose neck position to between the A frame and the front plough beam.
