Mounted plough at Flanders Moss, Achray Forest

Photograph by D W Henman in Jan 1965 of a single furrow plough head mounted on a County Bogmaster via a self levelling Ede Linkage. This prototype was built at Parkgate in Jan 1965 and incorporates two large coulter discs mounted on the A frame attached to the Linkage. Reg No of tractor is 121DXC.
A good view of the long wide tracked tractor as it sets about more ploughing on the Moss. Not sure of the role of the second mand sitting behind the driver?
Can anyone name the men?
