Some images of a research visit in 1961 to Glenamoy Experimental Station in Co. Mayo to look over the Glenamoy subterranean drainage plough from the details of which a similar model was made in Scotland by Clark of Parkgate.
This photographs shows some views of the extruded peat ribbon or lumps of the extracted peat planted with trees.
