Tine plough on felled site at Dalby Forest

No details are given but this appears to be an attempt to plough a felled site with a strengthened tine plough. The rear end of the plough beam is supported by a strut and frame to prevent upward bending as the plough head hits heavy obstructions. The tractor (Reg No HHW282) appears to be heavier and larger than the normal ploughing machines. Can anyone identify the make and model?
