Mr Ender Rudolf from Germany or Austria toured around some Forestry Commission sites in Scotland in 1954 and on his return appears to have compiled a photographic album of his visit. He must have copied some of the pages of photographs and returned at least 15 pages to Scotland. The first 4 pages show 12 images from either Fetteresso or Drumtochty.

TD 9 tractor FNY146 (FC No2080) with mounted tine plough in raised position. Note the plough has the Blane type ripper tooth to which has been added the land side board and mouldboard. Fairly good view of the tractor driver and two other men – can any be named?

Man on the left is George Dey who was the assistant District Officer for the area, the other could be Mr Dier?
