Offset Disc plough possibly in Rosarie Forest

No information given on this image but could possibly be at Rosarie. Can anyone confirm if this is a Caterpillar D4 tractor and if the location is anything like the Rosarie area?

Appears to be a D4 with a rather unique blade frame. I would love to see more pictures of the tractor as I believe I have a similar tractor and this is the first picture Ive seen with similarities. Ben Hampshire sutton-park@sky.com
