Water Buffalo and Draining plough demonstration

Cuthbertson Buffalo tractor and draining plough stopped at a natural stream on the hillside. The area has quite a bit of Molinia grass and with the hills appears indicative of the west coast conditions. Can anyone suggest a location?
Note the small front sprocket on the buffalo, the driver’s high position (exposed) and some of the controls.
