Water Buffalo and Draining plough demo

Unloading or loading of Cuthbertson Water Buffalo tractor and plough at a forest site, location unknown. Lorry registration number begins CLD?99 but very unclear. Note the Fordson tractor with high sided trailer (carrying observers) waiting in the distance. Original photographs are very small and grainy but the landscape looks a bit like West Scotland from the very limited views. Any suggestions?
Note the outsized plough wheel extensions which are lying at the side of the lorry and also the hydraulic ram fixed to the rear of the Buffalo. Image thought to date from around 1950 but not certain.
