Grant's Standfast Plough at Tiendland Forest
Forestry Commission copyright images of Forest Research photographs courtesy of Glenn Brearley, Roslin. B2068
This photograph of the 2nd model 1928 experimental Grant’s Craigellachie Standfast plough being successfully used to complete plough a Forest Research site at Tiendland Forest in 1932.
The three horse team is not fully shown but the two operators are clearly shown in the working garb of the day. Can anyone name the two men or suggest who they might be?
