Colin’s lorry being unloaded at the Norboard Factory, Dalcross by the Poclain Wheeled loader. The lorry is a Foden Fleetmaster with a 290 Cummins engine, registration number HRE326V which Colin used for 5 years when he worked as a haulage contractor.

Any haulage stories to this factory in the early days very welcome.

My Dad was Bill MacAskill who was a director at Riddochs from 1976-1990.

Colin, was that lorry owned by Geordie Harrold before you? I remember him coming in to Mosstodloch around the mid 80s with a similarly painted Foden...or maybe it was you?!
