Three men looking at forest and clearfell

Location is likely to be around Allean or Strathyre Forests, Perthshire and taken during the 1970s but no information is given on the forest or the people.
Can anyone suggest a more precise location and the possible identities of any or all of the three men looking over what is likely to be a clearfell site?
The men could be Foresters, District Officers or just members of the public. Names of Forester and DO staff in these areas in the 1970s would be a helpful starting point.
