Deepening a drain by Hand — Perthshire?

A team of men are deepening a plough furrow with hand tools to make a main drain in this area of the ploughed forest which has been planted with Sitka spruce. The hand tools being used are rutter and bottoming spades.
Location and men unknown – can anyone help?
