Inverinan Forest - Checking the Deer Fence

Duncan MacDougall (Inverinan) does not know the man at the fence but remembers the fence being erected by A Munro, from Barcaldine, on contract (fence is beside road to Loch nam Staing).
Can anyone name the man?
