RSFS visit to Balmoral

Again no information but as on the left John Dobson (Forest manager Balmoral Estate) is holding the microphone it must be assumed some commemorative planting is taking place on the Royal Estate. Can some one name the other two gentlemen?

Not certain but fellow on right will likely be RSFS President at the time, Neil J Findlay. He has the RSFS logos on his tie.

Would this be the same John Dobson that was in Nigera around 1961 to 1963 (when my family lived there)?
