Cabin Slattadale Forest Walk

A view of a shelter cabin built on a forest walk in Slattadale Forest. Can anyone say who helped built this hut? Another building can just be seen in the background through the trees - what is it?

"Back in the late 1970s three friends and myself had a climbing trip to the area, including climbing on the spectacular Carnmore Crag in Fisherfield Forest.
On one of our nights we stayed in the wooden shelter in Slattadale Forest.
The shelter accommodation allowed for sleeping at either end and then to enjoy alfresco meals at the table in the middle.
We left it as we found it !
We were blessed with great weather on our trip and no midges !!
At the back right in shadows is Ian Dalley, next to him is John ?Spider? McKenzie - one of the foremost climbers in Scotland and an extreme skier ( still ! ) and seated opposite on left is ?the Twin? !"
